SYNOPSIS
A series of artworks created
whilst exploring multiple mediums and made with the motive of refining 2D art. Inspiration is drawn from movies, day-to-day life and places around town. All of the images were created during my tenure at the university.
PROJECT MATIKA
Illustrations created as a part of Matika, a research project that aims as depicting the lives and experiences of terracotta painters. The illustrations were utilized on posters and other official documentation which were added to the archives at the university.
PROJECT Gamcha
Stylized illustrations created as a part of project Gamcha which was a university project to highlight the applications of the indian accessory "gamcha" in multiple Bollywood movies. Furthermore, the illustrations were used in posters and documentation created for the said project.
